Join us for a special Galentine’s Day celebration featuring chef Sheila Burkus on Thursday, February 11th at 7:30 pm. Lift a toast to love and friendship while picking up tips to make your next romantic meal incredibly delicious!

Sheila will set the mood by demonstrating how to make a Rose Lemon Spritzer, a cocktail for you to enjoy throughout the presentation (recipe to follow). She will then guide you through a menu of gastronomical delights that you will want to re-create in your own kitchen.

On the menu: Food as a Love Language

  • Savory Starter: Pan Fried Brie with Cranberries and Peppered Honey - crunchy, creamy and tangy all in one mouthful.
  • Melt-in-Mouth Main: Steak and Scallops with Herbed Garlic Butter and Lemony Feta Fresh Herbs Salad – yum, yum, yummy.
  • Decadent Dessert: Easy Chocolate Filled Heart Donuts – sure to make your special someone’s heart sing!
