Dinner and Jazz Evening at Wequassett Resort

Please Join the Weston Community League for “A Special Night to Remember, Dinner and a Show” on August 23, 2023 at the Five Star Award Winning Wequassett Resort in Harwich, Cape Cod. The resort has been described as “Luxury and Magic” in the stunning beauty of its natural location and has received many awards, including being one of Travel and Leisure’s top 500 hotels in the world.

The evening will begin with dinner at 5:30 PM at the Outer Bar and Grill with a view that is comparable to being on a cruise ship. A table has been reserved for the WCL in the beautiful Garden Terrace Room for cocktails and and an amazing 8:30 PM show starring Tony Danza, the well-known TV personality.

Combining timeless music with wit, charm, storytelling, and a dash of soft shoe and ukulele performances, Tony Danza and his four-piece band perform a selection of his favorite standards from the “Great American Songbook” while interweaving stories about his life and personal connection to the music.

The hit live show has entertained audiences around the country with The New York Times raving “Tony’s a live wire who tap-dances, plays the ukulele, tells stories and radiates irresistible charm…he exudes the kind of charisma that can’t be taught!” Broadway World said, “His voice and showmanship is a welcome reminder of why the standards are just that—because they’re timeless.
